Overview: Come crash at our spacious, 2,600-square-foot home in the heart of downtown Kanab—where retro charm meets modern convenience. Recently remodeled, this 1970s home offers a unique stay with 5 themed bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and plenty of space for family, friends, or group getaways. With stylish design, fantastic amenities, and an unbeatable location, you'll experience the best of Kanab all in one place!

Home Features:

*Bedrooms: 5 uniquely themed bedrooms, each with its own character and charm, offering a total of 4 queen beds and 2 twin beds to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. There is the Aloha room, the Western room, the Star Wars Room, the 70s room, and the taste of the East room. These themes are based on unique items we found in the house once lived in by a family of 9 children. 

*Bathrooms: 3 beautifully updated bathrooms with modern fixtures. One bathroom has a full tub, the other two bathrooms have modern showers. 

*Kitchen: The chef’s dream kitchen includes a huge 9-foot island, perfect for preparing meals or gathering with loved ones. Fully stocked with cookware and utensils. Provided are: toaster, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, crock pot, waffle maker, griddle, blender, hand mixer, pots, pans, casserole dishes, etc. We have a delightful mis-matched retro Corelle set of plates, bowls, silverware, mugs, etc. 

*Living Areas: 3 cozy sitting areas to relax, catch up, or unwind, plus a charming fireplace for cozy nights.

*Dining: A spacious dining area with a large butcher-block table that seats up to 10, ideal for family meals or hosting friends.

*Entertainment: 4 flat-screen TVs for movie nights, plus a well-stocked card/board game center with it's own round table for hours of fun. There are hundreds of retro video games ready to play on the TV in the Star Wars room. We have a collection of movies (on DVD) that were filmed in or around Kanab for your viewing pleasure on a 75" TV in the downstairs. We have supplies to make Kanab sand necklaces and keychains. Use the private outdoor charcoal pit to roast marshmallows, hot dogs, or make tinfoil dinners. The house is located minutes from the Jacob Hamblin city park which offers  tennis, pickleball, skate park, pump track, swimming, and splash pad. Ask about our list of 30 activities to do that are less than an hour drive from the house. Most are less than 20 minutes away.
